This Indenture made this twenty first day of March in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eighth between
Beverly Vawter of the first part and Pascal Vawter of the second
part witnesseth that the said Beverly Vawter hath given granted
aliened released and confirmed and by these presents do give grant
alien release convey and confirm unto the said Pascal Vawter
his heirs and assigns forever the following lot or parcel of land
bounded as follows to wit beginning at the half mile stake dividing
South East and North East Qrs of section 25 township no 5
North range ten East thence West with the  line dividing the afores
aid tr one hundred and sixty poles to the center of the section thence South
with the line dividing the South east and South west qrs of the above
said section Eighty poles to a white walnut thence East 5 / north eighty
four poles to sugar and swamp buck thence east 30 north 73 poles
to two elms and a sugar tree thence east 5 1/2 north twenty five
poles to a hickory and sugar thence north with the range line
forty four poles to the beginning estimated at seventy acres more or
less And all the estate right title interest claim and dem
and of him the said Beverly Vawter of in and to the said
premises and every part thereof together with all and singular
the privileges and appurtenances to the same or in any wise
appertaining and the rents and profits thereof to have and to
hold the premises hereby estimated to four hundred and 20 dollars
with all the appurtenances to the only use and behoof of the said
Pascal Vawter his heirs and assigns forever and further that he
the said Beverly Vawter his heirs executors and administrators will
warrant and forever defend the aforesaid premises unto his son
Pascal Vawter his heirs and assigns forever In witness whereof
the said Beverly Vawter has hereunto set his hand and seal the

Beverly Vawter who acknowledged the above deed of conveyance to be
